The Cardiometabolic Networking Summit aims to provide in-depth insights into various aspects of translational cardiometabolic research. The event will feature presentations from leading Danish and international cardiometabolic researchers, and 40-60 Danish PhD and postdoc fellows will present posters and give short presentations. Additionally, there will be ample opportunities for networking, including communal dinners and other activities.

Cardiometabolic Networking Summit 2025 is an event organized by the Danish Cardiovascular Academy in collaboration with the Danish Diabetes and Endocrine Academy and the Steno Diabetes Centers. The summit will take place from March 15 to 18, 2025, at Gl. Avernæs, Funen, and we expect 100-120 participants. The main sessions will begin on the morning of Sunday, March 16, while pre-sessions for young researchers (including PhD students and postdocs) will start on Saturday, March 15.

The organizers will cover accommodation and meal expenses. You will need to cover your own transportation costs. Please note that the organizers will offer a bus service from Odense station to the venue and back (more details are available on the event’s website and during registration).
