The ORPHEUS 2026 Conference, taking place 26–28 May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, invites academic leaders, doctoral programme directors, supervisors, quality-assurance professionals, and PhD candidates to engage in an in-depth exploration of Sustainable Networks Through Interdisciplinary Partnerships – The Key to Quality Enhancements in Doctoral Education. The Doctoral School offers funding for two students to attend (travel and accommodation).

ORPHEUS Conference 2026 – Budapest, 26–28 May

Sign up to participate in the ORPHEUS Conference 2026, held on 26–28 May at Semmelweis University in Budapest. The conference gathers doctoral leaders, supervisors, quality‑assurance professionals and PhD candidates from over 130 institutions.

This year’s theme is “Sustainable Networks Through Interdisciplinary Partnerships”. 

The programme includes keynote lectures, oral and poster sessions, workshops and dedicated networking activities, including a gala dinner on the Danube. 

Support

The Doctoral School offers funding for two students to attend (travel and accommodation). To apply for support, write an email to mab@adm.aau.dk with the expected budget for flight and accomodation as well as the abstract you wish to submit to the conference.

22 March 2026 – Abstract submission
